This one (1) day event is hosted in partnership with the U. S. Small Business Administration (“SBA”) regional offices, affiliated government agencies and Macomb Regional PTAC.

The aim of this B2B event is to showcase your business to the HHS Heads of Contracting Activities and other Program Officials who can provide their requirements and best practices in doing business with each operating-and staff-division within HHS. Examples of these divisions include the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Indian Health Services (IHS), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), Centers for Disease and Prevention (CDC), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Assistant Secretary for Preparedness & Response (ASPR), Office of the Secretary, Program Support Center (PSC), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

In addition to hearing from key acquisition and program leaders from within HHS, you will hear from representatives from the top twenty five (25) HHS prime large business contractors on the “Subcontracting Panel” where they will discuss how small businesses can potentially partner with these large primes. Also, the Small Business Administration (SBA) will provide an overview on the small business programs and services like the 8(a), HUBZone and Women Owned Small Business certification programs; the All Small Mentor-Protégé Program, Lender and Loan Contract Financing, Procurement Technical Assistance Centers and other small business resource partners.
