The Virginia PTAC / USAID Subcontracting Summit is a training session to the Small Business Liaisons who work for USAID’s large business prime contractors. It addresses the requirements of the federal government’s subcontracting program. It also includes a small business matchmaking session where we bring large international prime contractors together with small businesses who have the potential to serve as subcontractors.
